| Bravado! Designs Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you are thrilled with your Bravado purchase, but if for any reason it doesn't meet your needs or expectations, following is our policy and instructions for returning or exchanging. What is Eligible for Return or Exchange? 1) Bras and Tanks: May be returned or exchanged, for up to 60 days from the date on the invoice, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, unless they were purchased as part of a bundle (in which case, they are eligible for exchange only). We regret that bras and tanks not in "as new" condition will be returned to the customer. 2) Underwear and Breast Pads: For hygienic reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. 3) Clearance items and DVDs: These items are a final sale. 4) Product purchased with a gift card: Eligible for return (as a credit on the gift card) or exchange. Include the gift card number on the return form. What About Manufacturer's Defects? - Bravado! Designs will repair, replace or credit product with manufacturer's defects including sewing, fabric, trimmings and/or notions (not as a result of normal wear and tear). - This policy extends to defective merchandise that has been reasonably cared for as indicated on the care label, provided it is returned within 120 days of purchase. Proof of date of purchase is required. - Each garment will be evaluated for defects and any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer's defect will be returned to you "as is" without reimbursement. How Does a Product Exchange Work? We don't want you to have to wait to get the right product, so go ahead and re-order by web or phone. When exchanging product, please note that your credit card will be billed a second time. A credit for the value of the exchanged product, plus shipping (less any applicable discounts), will be issued when we receive the original order. Use the process below to send back the original item. How to Return or Exchange an Item: 1) Complete the form that was sent to you with your order. (You can also download the form here. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat to open the file, click here and then click 'continue' on the page that opens, to download it for free.) Pack the form with the item you are returning or exchanging. 2) Select the most appropriate Return Reason Code from the chart on the bottom left of the page. 3) Where possible, use the original box & packing materials, to prevent damage in transit. 4) Send your returns via regular mail or pre-paid courier. COD's will not be accepted. 5) Pack the returns and affix the mailing label on the outside of the package. 6) Make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or provide your invoice number. Omitting the invoice number may delay your credit by 4-6 weeks. Special notes: * If you are returning or exchanging "as-new" product (within the allowed 60 days from the date of your invoice), you only need to include the last 4 numbers of your credit card. If you are returning or exchanging product with a manufacturer's defect (after 60 days but before the allowed 120 days from the date of your invoice), please include your full credit card number and expiry date. * Please allow 2 weeks to complete the processing of returns and credits. * Bravado! Designs reserves the right to audit all returns/exchanges before issuing a credit. |
