| Your “EZ-2-Nurse Twins” Pillow carries a 30-day Manufacturer’s Warranty against any manufacturer defects. Product unless being returned for a manufacturer defect must be in an unused unopened condition to receive your refund within 15 days of purchase. Please call 1(800)920-4711 for a Return Product Authorization Number (RPA #) prior to returning. No returns will be accepted without an RPA #. Once again, for health and hygiene reasons, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
