FuzziBunz® offers the best warranty to its customers in the industry, always has, always will. We do not believe that it should be our Retailers responsibility to replace any defective product. We would rather handle that directly with the customer for the speediest resolution to the problem. Here is the Warranty Information that we provide to the consumer which should be shared with them. Retailers use the same RMA form if there is any concern over returning diapers to us. Important Warranty Information:
Diaper will not be replaced with new product or refunded due to repelling (or any kind of residue build-up), shot elastic, staining, leaking or size discrepancies. If you experience any defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please fill out the FuzziBunz® Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located at: www.fuzzibunz.com/rma. All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have a question or issue that does not fall within this warranty information or you have misplaced your proof of purchase, please email karen@fuzzibunz.com or call 1-866-DRY-BABY.
