Eligibility FuzziBunz® Customer Rewards (the Sweepstakes) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Canada, and worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of FuzziBunz® and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 2. Sponsor The Sweepstakes is sponsored by FuzziBunz, LLC. 3. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. 4. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins on May 01, 2011 at 12:00AM CST and ends on May 01, 2012 at 12:00AM CST (the Sweepstakes Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using any of the following methods: Online or Postal Mail. 5. How to Enter Online: This method of entry will be available by visiting our website (www.FuzziBunz.com/CustomerRewards) and following the directions provided to fill out the entry information, and submit. Postal Mail: This method of entry will be available by visiting our website (www.FuzziBunz.com/CustomerRewards) and following the directions provided to fill out the entry information and submit. Limit one (1) entry per FuzziBunz® Customer Rewards Sticker. Postal Mail entries must be handwritten and one entry per envelope. Limit one (1) Postal Mail entry per month per household. Entries received from any person that does not follow the guidelines above will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 6. Winner Notification The winners will be notified after the winning serial numbers have been entered into the website. Winners will also receive an email with instructions as to how to claim the prize. Each winner will be required to mail in the winning FuzziBunz® Customer Rewards Sticker in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the FuzziBunz® Customer Rewards Sticker within the required time period (deadline: May 1, 2012), or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner forfeits prize. If the winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. 7. General Conditions In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Here is some additional information for you to use in trying to choose the best size for your baby: XS FuzziBunz® are for either preemie or very small babies - they will fit newborns very well, however, not for a very long time. Small FuzziBunz® will fit babies that are newborn (although they may be a tad big at first) through about 6 or 8 months of age when they are ready for the mediums. Medium FuzziBunz® will fit babies with either small or large thighs. Medium is our most popular size because babies stay in this size the longest! They will fit babies from about 4 months old (depending on their growth rate and size build) up to potty training stages. Large FuzziBunz® will generally not start fitting your baby until at the very least, 12 months old or are in the weight range or very tall. Petite, Toddler and XL are specialty sizes. Mediums have been found from our size testing to fit better and for longer periods than the Petite size diaper for skinny toddlers. Important FuzziBunz® Care and Warranty Information: In order to ensure long-lasting quality and utility from your FuzziBunz® diapers, it’s important that you wash and care for them as instructed by the manufacturer. Please keep your receipt – it will guarantee that you get swift and uncontested service provided that you need to return your diapers. FuzziBunz® diapers are an investment – please keep all of your paperwork. Caring for your FuzziBunz®: FuzziBunz® diapers are single use diapers. Wash both the FuzziBunz® and insert after each use. Most babies will experience little to no diaper rash after using FuzziBunz®. Do not use any rash or diaper ointments or creams with the diapers. When wet, separate insert and FuzziBunz® and store in a dry diaper pail. If soiled, simply knock solids into toilet. Small solids stuck to the fleece will dissolve in the wash. Use a mini-shower toilet attachment to rinse off soiled diapers over the toilet (optional). Washing/Drying your FuzziBunz®: First, run a cold rinse or soak cycle with no detergent. Second, run a hot cycle with detergent. Do not use bleach. Third, if your hot wash is not automatically followed by a cold rinse, run a cold rinse cycle. This step only necessary with a particularly dirty load. Tumble dry the diapers in dryer on low or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener or pure soap*. Never dry on high heat.
