At GroVia we stand behind our products 100%. We cover all manufacturing defects on GroVia products for one full year from the date of purchase. The warranty is extended to the original owner of a product with a receipt showing purchase from an authorized GroVia retailer. Tips for a quick resolution: Warranty repair/replacement questions are often answered with more questions. You can expedite the processing of your claim by including as much information as you can.

If your communications with customer service come to the conclusion that your repair is not covered by warranty then we will gladly direct you to a trusted service provider. |
