Returns/Refunds Policies:
Only unopened LA Systems and supplies are returnable for a refund, less 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days after purchase. Ship/Handling Fees are not refundable. These policies assure that every mother receives products that are unused, clean and safe to use with her baby. Do not return opened items. Please call for a Return Authorization prior to submitting any return.
30-Day Warranty: Any Lact-Aid item with a defect of material or workmanship will be replaced free. This does not include accidental damage or incorrect use or care. Call our Toll-Free number for Warranty Service. Warranty does not apply to secondhand used supplies. |
