| Exchange Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your POSH MOM purchase, you may exchange your order within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. We will issue an exchange of goods only if the item returned is in its original, unused condition. Shipping, handling and duty charges are non-refundable unless we have shipped it to you in error. Before returning your order, please contact POSH MOM by e-mailing us at poshmom@rogers.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without this Authorization Number. In order for your return to be processed, please complete the Return Authorization Form and fax it back to us. If your tote is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect, you may return it to us for inspection whereupon, we will determine whether or not it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. When packing the item to be returned, do not bend or fold handbags forcibly. Please write the return authorization number on the front of the box. For your protection, we recommend that you ship prepaid, insured and signature required with Canada Post or UPS. If you have any questions, please email us at poshmom@rogers.com. Because each tote is handmade to your individual order specifications, please allow three to four weeks for your replacement. Please note that there is a $25.00 handling fee for all exchanges and that the customer is responsible for all other fees which may include but are not limited to customs, brokerage, taxes, and other such handling charges. We do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our diaper bags. |
