No unnatural chemicals, pesticides or insecticides are used. Our super soft certified organic cotton Ultimate Receiving Blankets feature our signature stitch offered in a variety of designer colors and prints. 42" x42". Proudly made in USA. David Clapp, Director of Technical Services, Fiber Processing, Cotton Inc said after examining our flannel that it had exceptional hand and composed of well spun yarn. Certified organic cotton is grown on family farms from natural untreated GMO free seeds. The soil is kept healthy through crop rotation and water conservation. Our Organics cotton flannel is processed and preshrunk in Earth friendly ways. No unnatural chemicals, pesticides or insecticides are used. The fabric is finished in a soft scour in warm water with soda ash for a PH or 7.5-8. Natural soybean softening is used. The Ultimate Receiving Blanket® is a sweet baby blanket with an added bonus - swaddling instructions sewn to its edge! Much larger than the average receiving blanket and square in shape, the Ultimate Receiving Blanket® is make in the USA using premium preshrunk super soft domestic or European certified organic cotton flannel.
