Mommy’s Own Shipping Policy
- U.S. SHIPMENTS ONLY: We do not ship to other locations than the U.S.
- When Will My Order Be Shipped?: We do our best to ship the products out ASAP after your funds have cleared - either same day or next business day (Mon-Fri) via FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, the tracking number of your package will become available in your MyAccount.
- How Will My Order Be Shipped?: You have two shipping options available through Mommy's Own. The first is USPS Priority Mail service where packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination; this option comes with a Delivery Confirmation number and not a tracking number. The second option is FedEx Home Delivery which is a similar service like FedEx Ground (Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.Service Days Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.). Currently Mommy's Own does not offer a overnight option for shipping, however if you contact us directly at 1-800-920-4711 we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
Note:We find that for small packages stemming, for example, from order such as spare part supplies, that USPS Priority Mail is the quicker as well as cheaper option.
