| We will gladly replace parts or products that are defective due to defects
in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Please email
info@thinkbabybottles.comfor instructions and to obtain a Replacement
Authorization number. Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of
delivery date and a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the
request. We cannot accept returns or requests for replacement part(s)
without a Replacement Authorization number.
Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect product will gladly be corrected. Please email info@thinkbabybottles.com within 14 days of receiving product. We will provide return instructions with the Replacement Authorization number. Returns that are not sent to the address provided will not be processed. We cannot accept C.O.D.'s. The customer is responsible for shipping returns and we recommend that packages are insured, as we cannot process returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. The returned merchandise will be assessed and if it is determined that there is a manufacturer's defect, a replacement will be issued. If the returned item(s) do not contain a manufacturer's flaw, a replacement will not be issued. Refunds/credits are not issued under any circumstance as containers designed for human consumption are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Defective item(s) will be replaced and if the original part is not available or out of stock, the part(s) will be sent as soon as it/they become available or similar part(s) will be sent in substitution. There is no charge for replacement part(s). There is no charge to ship replacement part(s) to addresses within the United States.
